Process
- 01
Find the site
We look at zoning, what can be built, build costs and what the finished homes will sell for. We only buy if the numbers work.
- 02
Design and approval
We work with the architect and consultants on the design, then take it through council approval before construction starts.
- 03
Build
We manage the builder and keep a close watch on cost, time and quality until handover.
- 04
Sell
We sell the homes, settle, and pay investors back their capital and their share of the profit.
For investors
We raise money project by project from a small group of private investors, and put our own money in alongside theirs.
